- All quotations are valid for a limited time unless otherwise specified.

- Advance payments may be required to confirm bookings or begin work.
- Remaining payments must be cleared according to agreed milestones.
Work may be paused or delayed if payment terms are not met.
3. Project Timelines
We aim to complete projects within agreed timelines. However, delays may occur due to:

- Site readiness
- Scope changes
- Unforeseen circumstances
P P DESIGN will communicate any timeline adjustments promptly.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate project requirements
- Ensure site accessibility and readiness
- Approve designs/materials in a timely manner
- Make payments as agreed
Delays caused by incomplete approvals or site issues may impact delivery schedules.
5. Changes & Modifications
Any changes requested after project confirmation may:
- Affect timelines
- Alter pricing
- Require revised agreements
All changes should be documented and approved by both parties.
6. Materials & Craftsmanship
We strive to use quality materials and professional workmanship. Natural variations in wood, finishes, or textures are normal and not considered defects.
7. Warranty & Maintenance
Where applicable, limited workmanship assurance may be provided. This does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from misuse
- Environmental factors
- Third-party alterations
Proper care and maintenance are the client’s responsibility.
8. Intellectual Property
All designs, drawings, concepts, and creative materials provided by P P DESIGN remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Limitation of Liability
P P DESIGN shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from service use, delays beyond reasonable control, or third-party involvement.
10. Website Use
Website content is for informational purposes only. Unauthorized copying, misuse, or reproduction of content is prohibited.
11. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate a project agreement under mutually agreed terms. Payments for completed work or procured materials remain payable.

13. Governing Jurisdiction
